- Valid only for new reservations, reserved with Karisma Insider Rates, exclusively through Karisma Hotels & Resorts, having signed-up or Logged-in as a Karisma Insider.
- Limited-time Karisma Insider perks, such as Resort Credits, unless otherwise stated, apply only to bookings made by Karisma Insiders between October 2 and 16, 2024, for travel by December 23, 2025.
- Bookings made with this Karisma Insider Rate are Non-Refundable Reservations. Prepayment of the reservation's total price is required at booking. If the reservation is canceled, modified, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and any payments for bookings reserved with this Karisma Insider Rate are Non-Refundable.
- Price quoted applies to exact date(s)/nights/stay booked. Modifications to your reservation (including but not limited to name changes, date changes, adding/reducing number of guests traveling, etc.) are not allowed.
- Promotion is subject to availability at participating resorts featured in Karismahotels.com. Any nights booked outside the promotional travel window will be charged at the applicable non-promotional Rack Rate. Rates vary seasonally. Extensions may require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates, and this promotion may not apply.
- This rate cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, discounts, or added values not specified. It is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or cash value, and applies only to the current stay. It is also not valid for existing reservations or for groups of 5 or more rooms.
- Each hotel may have specific booking terms and conditions that vary and might include length of stay requirements, day of week restrictions, and blackout dates. Bookings made with this promotion are subject to the RESERVATION POLICIES of the selected dates and resort.

- Unless otherwise stated, rates are quoted per room, per night, based on double occupancy, and include taxes for participating all-inclusive resorts featured in Karismahotels.com. All-inclusive resorts provide vacations where the price of the room covers the cost of meals, beverages, taxes, and on-site activities, with offerings varying by resort. Additional optional services, such as private dinners, spa treatments, motorized watersports, and others, may incur extra charges for which prices are available at the resort. Please note that the totals provided are estimates based on current taxes and exchange rates (if applicable) and do not account for any additional fees or charges that may arise during your stay.
- By providing your phone number and email, you give DWT Reservation Services consent to contact you via SMS, by phone and/or email with important notifications or alerts regarding your reservation. You may Opt-Out at any time. Your data is private and is never shared or sold to 3rd parties.
- Early check-in, Late check-out, Room Upgrades and appointment-based activities such as Spa Services are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Room Upgrades may be limited to specific room types or categories, depending on the resort. The selected resort may impose a cut-off time for late check-out and/or early check-in, beyond which additional fees could apply.
- Spa Coupons, are limited to one per year and may be used towards spa services at the resort. If the cost of the spa service exceeds the value of the coupon, guests will need to pay the difference. Once a service is booked and charged, the amount is non-refundable, and unused spa coupons are not redeemable for cash or other services. The specific services covered by the coupon may change without prior notice.
- Resort credits, if included, are issued per stay for a coupon value based on the selected resort and room. Credits must be used in accordance with the hotel's resort credit chart of applicable value towards amenities and services, available at check-in, and are specific to the current stay, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash or cash value, and cannot be applied towards the reservation cost. Any charges exceeding the credit value must be covered by the guest at check-out and are non-refundable. Unused credits cannot be redeemed for cash or other services, and eligible credit activities/services may be subject to change without prior notice.
- For participating resorts featured in Karismahotels.com located in Mexico: In compliance with Mexican government regulations in the states of Quintana Roo and Baja California Sur, an Environmental Sanitation Fee will be applied per room, per night. This fee will be collected directly at the hotel upon check-out. The current fee until January 2025 is MXN 33 per room per night for Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancun. Fees are subject to change by the Mexican Government without notice.
