Additional optional services, such as private dinners, spa treatments, motorized watersports, and others, may incur extra charges for which prices are available at the resort. Please note that the totals provided are estimates based on current taxes and exchange rates (if applicable) and do not account for any additional fees or charges that may arise during your stay.

• By providing your phone number and email, you give DWT Reservation Services consent to contact you via SMS, by phone and/or email with important notifications or alerts regarding your reservation. You may Opt-Out at any time. Your data is private and is never shared or sold to 3rd parties.

• Resort credits and any other Limited-Time Added Value Offerings (collectively, “Perks”), when advertised for the selected property, are exclusively valid for the duration of the current stay,are non-transferable to other guests, third parties or reservations, and are non-redeemable for cash or cash value. Credits are issued once per stay for a coupon value that may vary based on the selected resort and room and must be used in accordance with the hotel's resort credit chart, detailing applicable values towards onsite amenities and services, available at check-in. Credits cannot be applied towards the cost of the reservation itself. Any expenses incurred that exceed the value of the allocated credit must be settled by the guest at check-out and are non-refundable. • For participating resorts featured in Karismahotels.com located in Mexico: In compliance with Mexican government regulations in the states of Quintana Roo and Baja California Sur, an Environmental Sanitation Fee will be applied per room, per night. This fee will be collected directly at the hotel upon check-out. The current fee until further notice is MXN 33 per room per night for Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Cancún. Fees are subject to change by the Mexican Government without notice.

Note: For stays overlapping two promotional rates, the rate and value adds, if any, will be applied based on the promotion valid for each respective night.
