Information We Collect and How We Use It

When we need to collect personally identifiable information from you to provide you with a particular service, we will ask the guest to voluntarily supply us with the information we need. For example, if the guest would like to make a reservation at our hotel, we will ask for information such as name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card number, and room preference to process the reservation. We will use your email address to send a confirmation and, if necessary, might use the other information to contact you for help in processing the reservation. We will also use the guest’s email address to inform him/her about special offers, events and promotions. If you do not wish to be notified about our special offers or news please send a request to: europesales@karismahotels.com

Cancellation Policy

For new and existing reservation booked through April 30, 2021:

The above policies are not applicable to group reservations. Group reservations are handled via our Groups Department.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards for Azul Beach Resort Montenegro: MasterCard® i Maestro® and Visa. This transaction is encrypted and sent via a secure gateway.

At the hotel, you may also pay in cash.

Bank transfers for prepayments are also accepted and can be sent to our bank.

Reservations

The personally identifiable information the guest provides us for making a reservation is used for the purpose of meeting the reservation request. After making a reservation or completing your stay at Azul Beach Montenegro unless the guest tells us otherwise, the information you provide will be used by us to inform you of special offers, or events organized by Karisma Hotels Adriatic. Your personal information is not shared to any third party.

Personally identifiable information you provide to us will be treated as confidential information and is subject to our company's security procedures and policies regarding protection and use of confidential information. Karisma Hotels Adriatic will not use this information for any other purposes.

Creditcard purchase security statement

Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.

This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri Payments Gateway and vice versa.

Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.

Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.

Personal data gathering and protection statement

We are committed to provide service of protection of our customer's personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns.

All user information are strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need those information for completing the job.

All our employees and business partners are responsible to follow the principles of confidentiality protection.

Currency Conversion

All payments will be effected in Euro currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.

Complaints

The Hotelier undertakes to provide services that match the description given at www.karismahotels.com/azul-beach-resorts/montenegro

The image illustrating the product on the website does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product and the customer cannot advertise this segment.

The consumer has the right to file a complaint with the Hotelier when he bought the product / service in case of non-conformity of the product, ie. services, on invoice/receipt of the purchased product/service and for other similar reasons, in accordance with the law on consumer protection of Montenegro.

Purchase of products, i.e. services can be determined based on the invoice for the purchased product, i.e. service or in another appropriate manner (excerpt from the fiscal cash register, business and other appropriate documentation).

Hotelier will respond to the complaint within eight days of receiving the complaint, in writing, with a statement on the content of the request from the complaint and a proposal for its resolution.

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of Montenegro, the consumer may file a complaint against the bill immediately, and no later than eight days from the date of payment of the bill.
